Madeleine Siegel (M.A.) has been working at DeZIM since June 2021 as a research assistant in the research cluster ‘Data - Methods - Monitoring, in particular in the Research Data Centre (DeZIM.fdz). Her work there focuses primarily on conducting surveys for the Online Access Panel (DeZIM.panel).
Madeleine Siegel completed her Bachelor's and Master's degree in social sciences at the Humboldt University of Berlin, specialising in social inequalities and methods of empirical social research. During her studies, she was already actively involved in various research institutions, including the WZB in the Education and Labour Market Department and the German Centre for Higher Education Research and Science Studies (DZHW) in the Research System and Science Dynamics Department in Berlin in the ‘ProFile’ and ‘Nacaps’ (National Academics Panel Study) surveys of doctoral students and postgraduates.
