Sophia Aalders

Her research focuses on intersectional gender studies, discrimination and social inequality. Her methodological orientation is primarily quantitative. From March 2021 to March 2024, Sophia Aalders was working as a research assistant in the focus area of discrimination in the department Consensus and Conflict. Previously, she worked as a student assistant at DeZIM and BIM on various research projects.
