Prof. Dr. Zerrin Salikutluk is a social scientist. In May 2023, togehter with Dr. Cihan Sinanoglu, she took over the leadership of the office of the National Discrimination and Racism Monitor (NaDiRa) at the DeZIM Institute. Since April 2019, she has been an assistant professor for migration and gender at the Institute of Social Sciences at Humboldt University in Berlin and deputy head of the department "Labor Market, Migration and Integration" at the Berlin Institute for Empirical Integration and Migration Research (BIM). Previously, she was a research associate at the Berlin Institute for Empirical Integration and Migration Research at Humboldt University in Berlin and a research associate at the Department of Sociology, Comparative Society at the University of Mannheim. She is also an Associate Editor at the Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies (JEMS).
