The role of ethnicity, race, religion, and gender“ promoviert. Bevor sie an das DeZIM-Institut kam arbeitete sie u.a. beim Sachverständigenrat deutscher Stiftungen für Migration und Integration und dem Wissenschaftszentrum Berlin für Sozialforschung (WZB) in der Abteilung „Migration, Integration, Transnationalisierung“.
