Previously, she conducted research as a research associate in the BMBF-funded joint project “From the Margins to the Center? Right-Wing Populist Interpretations of Islam as a Societal Challenge in Germany, Europe, and Beyond” (RaMi), and worked for many years in the interdisciplinary research consortia Cluster of Excellence “Religion and Politics” as well as the Center for Religion and Modernity at the University of Münster.
