Dr. Elli Zey is a psychologist and a research associate at the DEZIM.lab, primarily working on the experimental platform MIND.set and the EqualStrength project. Previously, she conducted research at Goethe University Frankfurt on the experimental and self-reported measurement of individual autonomy.
Dr. Elli Zeyis responsible for the scientific administration, validation, and further development of MIND.set, a browser-based online platform for designing and implementing indirect tests to measure spontaneous associations and reaction tendencies. MIND.set is freely accessible to the scientific community.
Dr. Elli Zey is also involved in the Horizon Europe project EqualStrength, which conducts field experiments on intersectional discrimination in access to employment, childcare, and housing. Her research focuses on the experimental and survey-based measurement of constructs, utilizing both qualitative and, in particular, quantitative methods.
Dr. Elli Zey is committed to transparent and open scientific research, including open data, analysis scripts, and the use of open-source software.
