Dr. Gregor Schäfer

Gregor Schäfer is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Sociology, University of Copenhagen.
He is currently working on the research project "SkillsINCORP - ensuring retention of high-skilled professionals in Denmark", which focuses on the interplay between the social and professional incorporation of high-skilled immigrants and their self-construction as mobile professionals. In addition to his work on high-skilled migration, he studies international student mobility and the internationalisation of higher education.
