
Kaja Warnke

Kaja Warnke is a PhD candidate at ERCOMER (European research Center on Migration and Ethnic Relations), Utrecht University. She has a background in social psychology and migration research, and her research interests are especially on intergroup relations and labour market discrimination. In her PhD project, she investigates discrimination attributions in the workplace using factorial survey experiments, aiming to understand how different actors (bystanders, target) form a consensus as to whether an event is judged as discriminatory or not.
