Mary Lam

E-mail: lam(at)dezim-institut.deMary Lam is a psychologist. She studied psychology at the University of Duisburg-Essen and the University of Wuppertal. Since June 2025, she has been a research associate at the National Discrimination and Racism Monitor. With a quantitative focus, her research interests lie in item construction for measuring racist attitudes and the application of factor analysis.
With a scholarship from the Hans Böckler Foundation, she is currently pursuing her PhD at the Faculty of Psychology and the Institute for Interdisciplinary Conflict and Violence Research at Bielefeld University.
